Michigan Medicaid BCCM

I have a question I have Blue Cross Complete of Michigan

I called and asked them about requirements and they told me they have NO wait time/ program required but the doctors office Insist that since it is MEDICAID that it requires a 12 month program and even though I explained what bccm told me they said there’s no way. So I called BCCM again and they said again that they have no idea why they said that since she can see the requirements and a 12month program is not on there, so just wondering if anyone knows about this or what I should do because I’m super confused
