Post op reflux experiences

Greetings,

for those of you with issues of reflux post surgery:

did you have a hiatal hernia repair with surgery? (Side question, did you get any special instructions because of that added to surgery)

through the medical literature that drops the incidence of reflux post surgery but want to know experiences.
