TESPO Liquid Vitamins

Is anyone using the TESPO Liquid Bariatric Vitamins with the dispenser? Would you please share your experience and whether or not your levels are good? Thanks in advance.

    Just curious. Does it work like using a coffee pod machine?? Pop in a pod & the dispenser mixes the powdered vitamins with water?

    My winter vitamin D boost comes in a spray (a squirt under the tongue) & I’m curious if that’s working too. Swallowing meds is a an annoyance.
