Oh, i dont like the flintstones chewables either. But so far, it's all I have. Ive had centrum complete, chewables...before, those werent too bad..

Centrum chewables are pretty good, but the Centrum Silver chewables which have more of what you need are pretty nasty. I bought the Baraiatric Advantage Vitamins that I can swallow. They are in a small thin capsule form that has been OK'd to take.

I swear on Source of LIfe liquid. The taste is just okay, but the sustained energy I get all day from it is remarkable. It is very noticeable when I don;t take it. It isn't cheap, but worth it. At health food stores.

The Centrum chewable doesnt have a very strong taste and it doesnt bother me. They also have it in liquid form.

Berocca is also great, we buy that from a supplier off ebay though as I dont think they carry it in normal US stores. But berocca, at least the type we get, is more for the B Vitamins, not the Iron, so u would still need to find an iron supplement, like centrum.

I ordered my chewable vitamins from bbvitamins.com. They taste great. I also ordered my calcium and anti-oxidant from them. Chewable and tasty.

My nutrisionist recommended Vitamist. It's a spray vitamin and you can google it and find their website.

I take a liquid vitamin. I think it tastes pretty good. And Liquids absorb quicker.

I couldnt stand the the taste of them.
