Vitamins question

I currently am taking fusion bariatric vitamins after being sleeved 10/27/2021. I take 4 a day but I see on here they have very affordable vitamins on here which ones are more effective I'm trying to switch brands?

I just take drug store vitamins. I've been taking Centrum Silver (or the generic equivalent from Walgreens or CVS) since my surgery six years ago. I took the chewable version for the first few months, then switched over to the tablets. You have to take two a day to meet the requirements.

as long as you're meeting the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery requirements, you should be fine. Here it is (you may have to scroll down a ways to find the chart with the requirements):

I use this one. My surgeon's office wanted to know that I was taking bariatric vitamins, to the point that they waited while I looked them on Amazon to see which one I was taking.

At $30 for a three month supply, these aren't too costly, and I can get them the next day.
