Home from 12/5 Surgery!!!

My Dad and I are home and we are banded!!!!

Dr. Huacuz and his staff was completely awesome - we feel great. We are still a bit sore but we are taking in liquids/mushies and doing well. Walking helps a lot with managing the stitches and pain.

We are both completely amazed by the feeling of not being hungry. We really do not even think about food like we used to. I know that a lot of this is because it is all new and I am sure the honeymoon will be over at some point and I will be ready for it when it happens - but for right now we are doing very well just 4 days out of surgery.
