I’m on road trip 14 hr from jersey headed to ga I’m having these pain in middle of my stomach I’m 6 month out of gastric sleeve surgery

I can’t gas I’m in car with my father in law my brother in law my son my husband it’s hurts so much I get pains after I eat

You could try stretching. Compressing your abdomen in a seated position for a long time isn’t great. Try stretching your torso and taking long deep breaths, holding your breath at max extension to prolong the stretch in your chest. Works for my kinda pains
