Excited to say I got my date. JULY 14TH! I had to have hianal hernia surgery first and heal and now off to phase 2. Gastric sleeve. Here we go [emoji898][emoji322]

That's so exciting for you! I had my sleeve done on 31st May and my hubby i shaving his done on 28th June,so just two weeks before you! Good luck with everything!

Congratulations! I am SO glad I made this decision. My journey started on June 1, surgery was June 16 and the reason I'm saying June 1 is because I did the 2 week pre-op diet. In my opinion every effort counts towards success. We are all WINNERS here! It's the same as any other addiction as far as I'm concerned and that requires facing each day as it comes. Setbacks and all. Make sure you ask your Doctor if you can use a throat lozenge because trying to swallow the first 2 or 3 days can be challenging.
