Pizza crust almond flour

Recommended Posts

Not sure about the almond flour, but I have tried this chicken Pizza Crust. It is delicious.

Its not EXACTLY the same as pizza crust, but if you're really wanting something similar, I've used low carb tortillas and store bought high Protein crusts like this one:

I’m not sure where you’re from, but I have found them both at my local Hy-Vee and Walmart. I am from Iowa.

The taste didn’t bother me at all, tasted like a healthier Pizza Crust. I baked mine by itself for a few minutes before adding sauce and toppings so it was extra crispy.

I would check for other brands or any other local grocery stores.

I purchase ready made Cauliflower crust in the freezer section at Publix. 2 months ago they had one brand overstock marked down from $8 to $1.99! So we purchased 10 of them. Removed them from their boxes (they were plastic wrapped too) and stored in deep freezer. Took up less space without the boxes. But we used them as "pita"/flatbread in greek nachos, Pizza Crust, breadsticks, crackers. So delicious. We also make Fathead Keto dough. Its so simple and yummy. You can use it for breadsticks, pita alternative and a not so crispy cracker too. But it still works.

I had surgery on September 27th and I am one of the very blessed ones that have had no pain to speak of besides a couple days of gas pain. I have lost 9 lb since surgery, and I am feeling a little like I should have lost more by now. Is that realistic? Or am I being too fussy?

Hello everyone.. I had my surgery on Sept 30th 2021.. and it has been an horrible experience to me. I can't hold down fluids or soft food. so much mucus is coming up!! and I'm spitting all day. I'm so sad over this journey. is anyone having this same issue? if so, what are you doing about it.

Are you on meds for reflux? If not you should be at this point. If you are already on reflux meds get in touch with your surgeon asap as this is not normal. If fact i would be getting in touch with the surgeon either way. I hope your issue is resolved and you feel better soon

Tomorrow is the big day! Getting sleeved in the morning and possibly spending a dark and stormy night in the hospital after. I'm actually excited about that because rain on wedding days and birthdays is considered a sign of good luck- so wouldn't a commitment of re-birth qualify as well?
