Kentucky People!

For those of you in Kentucky, who are on medicaid (Wellcare preferably), How long did it take you to get your surgery? How much of it was covered? I asked wellcare myself but they wouldnt give me the amount unless i was a couple months away from surgery, so just curious what everyones experience has been with wellcare and their coverage & approval process. Thank you!
