Gas pains

I've tried walking out the gas that I get here and there. The gas that gets trapped directly in the center of your stomach and it's painful.. so any position suggestions to ease it out??? Walking gets painful during the center of stomach ones [emoji51]

    I had a terrible time with gas, it was so painful to walk, but walking was the way out of the pain. I don't really have any advise ( I just suffered through it) but wanted to support you, hope it is better soon!

    Thank you! It doesn't happen often but when it does happen it's randomly and very painful. It'll feel like it's directly in the center in just one spot. It's awful
