How to add your surgery info?

So I’m not to quick on the social websites...so any help is appreciated. Does anyone know how to add the surgery info? I can’t even figure out how to rotate my pic...LoL

    There's a bar under the BariatricPal logo that should have your user name when you are logged in. A drop down menu should pop up when you click on your name. One of the choices on the menu is "my surgery". You can enter your info there. Now you can answer me a question...how do you put a picture in for your icon? I just have the letter "J" and haven't been able to figure out how to put a picture in.

    Click on account, profile, and there you can add a pic. I’m gonna try adding my info now...thanks!
