Teeth

I’ve noticed now that I’m eating solids like meats and stuff my teeth and jaw hurt. Like a pressure in the back teeth. And I’m sitting here wondering why my teeth hurt and realized maybe it’s because before I’d inhale my food without really chewing and now I actually chew my food really well. I’m hoping it’s just muscles forming or something ? now that I can eat meat I have been eating 4oz of round steak for all three meals for the past two weeks to meet my protein needs. Nothing else sits well ? and I can’t do anymore protein shakes. Any tips on getting the pain to chill out so I can eat tomorrow? Today there was so much pressure when I tried to eat so I just didn’t ? hopefully this won’t last to long.
