Pre-Op Diet Nausea

Hi all.

I am sick to my stomach in the morning after drinking my shake and eating my bar. It usually passes by 10ish. Anybody else?

Also..., I eat at 7 and about 11 (I am a teacher so that is the time) and then I die between 11 and dinner at 5.... I am ok the rest of the day..... it seems that 11 to 5 span is REALLY long..... anybody else have this problem?
