The DREADFUL STALL!

9 Months out here. Have been the SAME weight since.... March.

This stinks. I work out, some days I probably only drink 2-3 bottles of water (Maybe an issue)

I eat a lot of protein.

Which, in the end kinda depresses me because I think, AM I DONE LOOSING WEIGHT?

Can totally relate to this. I've only lost 5 pounds in 2.5 months. Stalled, stalled, stalled despite eating the right number of calories, exercising, drinking water. It just happens. And then the scale will move a pound or two. I'm confident that I'll pick up losing again and my body is just adjusting. Hang in there.

Having been through several stalls...it’s frustrating! Sometimes changing things up a bit helps. Watch your carbs...keep under 50 grams. Try liquid diet a couple days. After awhile the loss does slow down. As long as I keep going down when it does move, that’s what I have to focus on.
