I am only a few months out from surgery. I had dumping form eating too fast and once from flavored medicine that had sugar in it. I have been really strict re no bread, pasta, potatoes etc. The only carbs/sugars I get are from vegetables. so eventually does dumping get better? From what I understand a year form now I could eat a tiny piece of birthday cake or 1 piece of chocolate on a special occasion. At this point I feel like I am always going to be too scared to ever try it. I am too scared to even try a cracker.
