So, weird thing today for me. I've been stalled at roughly 310 lbs for the past few days. However, when I went to put on my belt today, I was able to pull it even tighter than it was before without it being uncomfortable. Now, leather belts can stretch, but it's possible that I've lost inches without losing weight.

My doctor said dont worry if you dont lose nothing for a while because you are still losing inches.. nsv.. I put on jeans I hadn't wore in 2 years.. zipped and buttoned them without laying on my bed

My dr said same as anjmayb dont worry when in stall usually your body is changing from fat to muscle mass so you may have weight stall but usually you will still lose inches. I had a 8 day stall and decided to check the truth to it, last Friday fit into 2 sizes smaller than i currently was! It does feel good.
