New Scale

So, my old scale gave up the ghost, started measuring in obviously wrong ways. I bought a new scale from here, one that can measure body fat percentage and link with my phone app. (The Yunmai scale). The scale shows me weighing about seven lbs. more than the other scale did.

It's a little annoying to think that the other scale was probably inaccurate by that amount.

I'm sorry that's annoying. But now you have your base number and can go from there on the new amazing scale!

All scales are inaccurate, the most important thing is to weigh on the same scales at the same time of day, with the same amount of clothes! Scales are also affected by environment, heat, cold, humidity all cause differences in the way they weigh.
