Diarrhea for over week

I had my surgery in January. I had diarrhea for over a week now. First thought it was some food I was eating visiting friends. Get home still have it so watching everything going in. Tried no dairy than add live yougart. Tried just liquids. Besides going during day I go every night between 1-5 in morning. I just don't have time for all this...lol Any help appreciate

No new Vitamin. Even stop med that was supposed to do this.

I thought of virus and my sinuses didn't start messing up until the last couple of days
