Hello, I had my sleeve done on March 13th, when is a good time to start doing classes. I do a lot of pilates and piyo... the only problem is that I dont eat enough and I am very weak. I get tired fast and have no energy But I am very active in my life as it is.?

I was cleared to do Pilates (reformer) after 6 weeks. I did some private sessions to get back into the groove and tailor my exercise to my still-sore abs. I had a really hard time with obliques for the first few weeks back, but it got better pretty quickly.
