I've been reading a lot of posts about "smart scales". I have a basic ol' scale in my bathroom for now. After looking at what some scales can show you, body fat, water weight, bone mass...I was wondering if anyone has purchased these and can verify they're accurate?
After some research on my own, I had my eye on the fit bit scale. I would also have to buy a fit bit, but I like the thought of everything being linked. Any input is welcome! Happy Saturday!!!
