So today I met with my nutritionist we went over my eating habits and goals. She has put me on a 1100 calorie a day plan with 30mins of exercise 4 times a week. I only have 2 more times to meet with her. How much did you lose on your plan with the nutritionist.

Well, I only met with mine two times with four weeks between the first and second meeting. I lost 5 pounds during that time.
