I never had heartburn until after my surgery (May 3, 2018). I was on a prescription but they had to change it because it wasn’t for long term use. My new prescription was working but now I seem to have heartburn pains. I had started Plexus products and that was fine at first too then the heartburn came back with a vengeance. My husband was using Plexus as well and told me that he had been having heartburn problems since taking Plexus. We both quit a few days ago and his heartburn has gone away. Mine has not though. I get a weird pain in the center of my chest when I eat (not all the time but most of the time) and I have to wait before I eat more bites (if I even do continue to eat). I am very worried that there is something wrong with my sleeve. The only thing I’m doing different now is taking my prescription in the morning when the directions said to take it at bedtime. I switched to morning when the heartburn got worse. I am planning on taking it tonight as directed and to continue to take it at night. My sleeve was a revision from lap band that slipped twice. I have been so careful with this sleeve and now this!! I am so stressed out about it!!

Please let me know your symptoms for heartburn after sleeve.

I am going to call my doctor on Monday to see what they recommend. My doctor is 3 hours away so it is a drive if I need to be seen.
