Help, the scale is not moving!

I had my second fill on OCt 9, I have lost 1lb. that is it. I have a 10cc band, the first fill was 4cc, the second was 1.5ccs. I do not have restriction. The only time I feel anything is when I eat too fast. I know some of my issue is head hunger, any suggestions??????????:help:

Are you eating Protein first? It's denser and will help fill you up!

When I was eating badly I wouldn't feel any restriction either unless I ate too fast. When I ate like I should, then I could feel it.

You can get through this! Just examine the rules and look to see if you are following them :(

So you have 5.5cc in your band? Right. We were banded a week apart. I was having the same result a month ago. I called the doctor and he got me in again to put more in.

The scary thing is you never seem to feel full and you over eat. So the scale does not move or your weight goes up. Then you hunger is leadint you down the wrong path again. Good luck
