Hi my name is Monae and I had to vsg surgery in July and I was wondering what are the net carbs we are allowed to have during the day you know for the day I do anywhere from 40 G to 60 G of carbs but I need to know the net carbs on the vsg surgery thank

    My nutritionist refuses to give me hard data about carb intake, so I limit my net carbs to 70 or fewer. I rarely reach that, though.
