Tired alllll the time

Hi friends! I am 5 months post-op. I am soooooooo exhausted all the time. All I do is think about napping and sleeping. Probably extremely dehydrated as well because I rarely drink. Should I incorporate caffeine daily? I take my vitamins daily. Eat around 900-1000 calories a day. Just tired of being tired.

If you think you may be dehydrated, then you need to drink more water; that'll help. Also, have you had your iron levels checked? I'm anemic, and if I don't take my iron supplements, I'm exhausted.

Coffee will further dehydrate you your doctor told you what to do. Drink water, eat protien, exercise and take vitamins.... try that. Pre surgery, what was your lifestyle? S

Once you get your B12, Iron, and hydration levels where they need to be you will feel much better. You might check with your doctor and see if you need some injections or at least see what they suggest. Sans energy sucks. Good luck.
