So my wife is an avid runner and athlete (numerous half marathons, full marathons, ironmans, etc), and she has convinced me that now that I'm 170 lbs lighter, to do a half marathon (13.1 miles) on St. Patrick's Day. This week I have ran 3 and 4 miles without any major issue, just a little sore the next day. I will continue to train the next couple of months to make sure I'm ready to go. Do you think this will be feasible to do?
Any tips or advice on training, prepping for the run, etc?
TIA!
