Final Decision appointment

Tomorrow is my final decision appointment. It is with my surgeon and nutritionist. Anybody have a clue what this appointment is? I know I have been approved by the insurance already. Everything is done. Pre op assessment is done.

May you both hear only good and positive remarks at these appointments.

I have the same appointment tomorrow. I know I'm supposed to learn my exact surgery date, but I was told I'll be there for three hours and will also meet with a nutritionist. Let us know what happened at your appointment when you can!

During my final appointment we discussed the pre-op diet, as well as what to eat post-op. They also checked to make sure that I had the correct type of protein and vitamins. We also talked about specifics of surgery day (when to arrive at the hospital, time of surgery, where to park, etc.). They also did blood work and a chest x-ray. I was told that it would be 2-3 hours, but it only took an hour and a half or so.
