Ouch - arms

So, I was cleared to go back to exercising and I had my first post-surgery session with my personal trainer. We decided to start easy and not do abs just yet. So we did ALL arms. I may not be able to write tomorrow at work. Hurts so good :) Looking forward to Pilates on Sunday.
