Question about pre-fill day

Hi. I am a rookie at this... tomorrow is my first fill and I am curious to know if I should refrain from any specific foods before the fill-- should I just have Clear liquids, or are normal foods okay?

    Don't eat a big meal eat light juices maybe none at all if you were going to Mexico after you could eat soft foods for the day good luck:kiss2:Joyita:p:kiss2:

    My Dr. says I can have anything I want the day before. If it is a late appt. I can even have soft food the morning of, but liquids after the fill and full liquids for 2 days after.

    Well when I went to Mexico at Dr. Kuri I had nothing to eat or drink till I had my fill then I only ate soft foods for awhile
