Band tightening up

I dnt know if any of you ever experience your band tightening up till the point you can't eat or drink anything!! I'd taken a sinus pill and now I can't eat or drink nothing. Any of you have any suggestions that may have worked for you so I dnt have to go the whole weekend without eating or drinking anything!!! My Dr. Office is closed until Monday!!!

Are you stuck on something? If you are stuck then you may need to go and get an unfill.

If it is just acting up try a warm drink, this often helps to relax things. The other thing that can help is sucking on crushed ice, this helps to sooth and reduce inflammation.

Hope you're feeling better and sorry so long to respond but yes, I recently also took a sinus tablet the size of a horse pill! As soon as I put it in my mouth, I said to myself.. "I shouldn't be taking a pill this big", but too late. By lunch, I knew it was stuck. Like emcee above mentioned, warm coffee helped but I actually had to drink a glass of wine to move it along. I think it just relaxed everything in there. Good luck!
