Hi question, has anyone been experiencing mood swings like in bad moods? I've noticed that I become very upset lately! Please help thank you in advance! have a great day!

Are you pre surgery or post surgery? Are the moods related to your diet, lack of food, stress from not having your usual emotional crutches or is it something else.

I am 8 months post op today and I eat right and all have no problem with that but I noticed that I get ticked off pretty easily and very angry. I was never this way.

hmmmm - many OP say they experience different types of mood/emotions - for a period of

time PO. At 8 months, i don't think this new prob is associated with your surgery. Check

what else is going on - we can't blame all our problems on WLS? - hope things, your feelings

will improve - and you'll be good as new
