Hello everyone!

So I have a week until my surgery and I am try to figure out what are some of the vitamins brands that people are taking. I was taking a Women's One a day gummy, but i want to make sure I get the best vitamin. Suggestions????

      My doctor's office specifically recommended that I take a vitamin for bariatric patients. I have had no issues swallowing, so I take the capsule form. I believe it's the Bariatric Advantage Multi.
