Surgery

I just had my surgery yesterday. I am doing great except my blood pressure is low and have horrible gas pains. I-have walked around the hospital floor 5 times. They wont let me have gas-x. Any suggestions?

Congrats on your surgery. Do a little more walking. Or just try to gently massage your stomach to help it along

Keep walking. And use that incentive spirometer they should have given you every hour on the hour... it really does help!

walk, walk and walk more... I also had my BF rub my back softly which helped the gas escape. And definitely listen to @Matt Z - Use the spirometer - it was a life saver
