Best alcoholic beverage (in moderation)

I have not had a drop to drink since pre-surgery, however with the holidays approaching, I might want a small drink here or there, socially.

I plan on avoiding anything carbonated (no beer or coolers).

I know I need to keep sugars down, too. Any recommendations?

  • Wine. Its not carbonated and there are some studies that say a small glass of wine is actually healthy. Red is supposed to be best but i prefer the light whites.

Tito's Vodka with or without a splash of water and lemon. Cheers

  • I like coconut rum mixed with a coconut bai. The bai has 5 calories. I also add a little sugar free davinci pineapple syrup. I sometimes get dumping from wine.
