Stage Four Recipes. Help needed!

Hi All,

I was just upgraded to stage four diet today and looking forward to eating some more meals with texture as opposed to the shakes and liquids from the past two weeks. Do you guys have any good recipes for stage 4? I'm restricted from whole fruits and vegetables and starches.

Shelly's Ricotta Bake is amazing. You can add ground turkey (cooked with plenty of italian seasoning otherwise it will taste bland). Also Pioneer Woman's individual egg casseroles. There is also a whole forum for recipes on this site. I believe it's under Forums/Food & Nutrition/Recipes and then you can select your stage. Good luck!

Try the Apple A Day cookbook. It has vegetarian recipes by Dr's wives. Also you may be interested in Loma Linda Foods. They make vegetarian fake meats. I love the Linkettes. They are vegetarian hot dogs. They come in a can. I bought 12 cans on Amazon recently. They are made with soy protein.
