Best Life Diet?

I have done a search and not found any luck on here to see if any of you have tried the "Best Life Diet" by Bob Green and it is the same diet made famous by Oprah. I need a good Maintenance diet and have grown tired of the Atkins and SouthBeach diet. Anyone here doing the Best Life Diet? Thanks for any info.

    I've done the Best Life diet. It wasn't effective at helping me lose weight but maybe it would be good for maintanence (spelling)

    I have to say even though it didn't help me lose weight, I felt very healthy and just good overall following the steps. The advice in the book is the same principals that my RD told me. Whole, fresh foods, be mindful of Fiber, etc.
