Does anyone have experince with these vitamin melts?

Multivitamin, iron, and B12?

I started out with multivitamin, B12 and Biotin vitamin melts. I tried them out for a few days before surgery and did just fine with them. About a week after surgery, the multis stared making me sick. The Biotin and B12 are not giving me any problem. I switched to the soft chews and haven't had much luck with those either. I'm going to try a different brand in the melts and see how it goes.

Are you referring to BariMelts? I use the D3 and MultiVitamin and really like them. I alternate between many brands.

The brand is EZ Melts. I ended up just getting them. I figured I could always change it up later if I have to. I hope they work!

Gotcha! I checked them out. They definitely do not meet ASMBS guidelines.

This vitamin business is the hardest part for me to figure out. I dont have teeth to chew a vitamin so it has to be liquid or melt. Im trying to find a good one!
