Started at 239 I’m at 190 feeling very frustrated.. is this weight normal any ideas.. I’m at a standstill

What was your surgery date? You were "smaller" and about 50 pounds is nothing to sneeze at.

Someone kept posting that on some forum because I was worried about my loss. Looks like you're fine. I keep a detailed food journal, and try with my fluids and was walking 5 miles a day until it started snowing. Now I make sure I get 10,000 steps. But I started my surgery at a higher weight than you. I'm 95 pounds down but I see people at my surgery date down 120 or more but I'm happy.

Surgery date was April 7th 2018, you’re right 50lbs is a big deal! I just feel like I should be losing more and I haven’t lost in about 1 1/2 months

That's totally normal. If you do lots of cardio, add weights. If you avoid carbs, maybe add some. I wasn't losing and everyone told me no carbs, no carbs! I added carbs back (good ones) and I started losing again and almost better and more steady.
