December 4th- A new me!

I am sooo excited. I will be banded on December 4th. After a long struggle with my insurance company and a lot of highs and lows during this process the day will be here soon. I am very excited to be part of the December bansters!!:D

yay for you!!!Im December 3rd...come on over to the Merry Bandsters thread..we can all join in together and support each other...We're one day apart so this could be kind of cool! We can help each other out.

I am looking forward to the date - I really appreciate reading everyone's posts about what to expect and what I need to have on-hand.;)

I am also December 4th. Was SUPPOSED to be today, but my surgeon had to reschedule. I went through this ordeal Sunday night of not being able to sleep, having what I thought was my last diet coke, and worrying about preop bloodwork the next day. Now I'll have to go through the whole ordeal again, THIS Sunday night!

My surgery is also on the 4th. I have been on the pre op diet of Optifast for a week and lost 12lbs so far on that(well since Tuesday)... My best friend had her surgery on nov 27th and I was at the hospital with her, so I got to see a little of what I can expect... only 2 more days and I cannot wait! :biggrin1:

yes, we ALL have something to look forward to this week, I know I'M READY. Ready for the new me! (or the OLD me that's been hidden under all this weight!) I am ready to go into the store and see a dress I like and be able to get in it and look good in it. Ready to lay down at night and not wake up with my back hurting and be able to walk up or down the stairs and not have to take one step at a time so my knees won't hurt.

Welcome to all of you !!!! Let us know how you do. Donna:ranger::gluck::hug::banplease::welcomeB::):):Banane52::Banane41:
