I had my appointment today with the dietitian and I have one more pound to loss before I can go in front of the doctors. Very mad at myself, so another month but I got this!

oh damn, ONE pound! you must be frustrated. I'd have been tempted to ask for a thin gown and then taken my clothes off. LOL. Hang in there. By next appt you will be way below that one lb.

@CaribeRidge She has me take my socks and shows off and then I took my cover up off as well, ya know just in case. Then she weighed me, when she told me my weight I was like dang it. So can I take my pants off and we can try this again lol, she chuckled and we sat down and started the rest of the appointment. I wasn't kidding though haha

I completely understand the feeling. My last appointment I was 3lbs short.
