Insurance GHI Emblem Health

Hi,

I have Emblem Health GHI. I'm on my last month of Doctor visits this month, just had a sleep apnea test last night for pulmonary clearance (my appt to the pulmonologist is June 25 to go over the sleep apnea results). I have an endoscopy June 17th. Basically, I should be done with all my paperwork and appointments by the end of June. My tentative surgery date is beginning of August. How long does it take with GHI to get approval for surgery once all appointments are done?
