HEY ALL!!! It's BigTex checking in! Just hit my 200 pounds lost goal 1 month short of being A year post OP. I'm noticing that Im getting hungry FAST. And I'm not talking about after eating light meals. I'm talking protein dense meals. Tilapia, baked chicken, curried turkey(it's a gem try it!) I'll get hungry again in about an hour and 30 minutes. Anyone else have this issue? What did y'all do to satisfy the beast? It almost feels like I'm constantly eating/drinking something with high protein. Is this normal? Did a old witch put a curse over me? Do I need to sacrifice a goat? HELP![emoji23]
