So I am 2.5 years post gatric bypass and have kept the weight off but would still like to lose 30 more lbs and have hit the wall. I signed up for weight watchers tracking just for a change of pace. I have a weird quetion for anyone who has tried this. We all know that feeling when something hits you wrong right after you eat it and you throw it right back up. Do you get those points back? I know it seems like a stupid question but I would like to track points properly if I am going to pay for it. TIA

I found a really great thing that is the exact same as weight watchers but 3 bucks a month it’s called iTrackBites u don’t get meetings or what have you but if you know how to get support in other places it’s a great bang for your buck
