I just weighed myself. Post-op 6 days...is this real??? I am so elated..it worked. I lost 9 lbs since I last weighed on May 3rd!!!

Nice! I’ve been trying to pay attention to weight loss rates right after surgery, that Ive seen on here, I think 1-2 pounds per day is the best I’ve seen!

I am not going to jump on a scale for 30 days after surgery I have noticed I get frustrated with a scale so I am going to wait every 30 days to weigh in so if my clothes feel loser I be happy lol
