All my information was turned in Oct 25th which was Thursday and I called my insurance company on day and they told me that I was APPROVED!!!!!!:whoo:I can not wait. They will sent me an approveal letter and now I just have to wait until the Bariatric center calls me with my date. But when I talked to my insurance company, they told me that the date of service listed on the paperwork was Dec 13th. I think this is the band date. Will post more info sooon.
