But now I am home allalone with allthe candy and I cant stop wanting to think well if I eateverything I like today it wont be here tomarrow then I can start fresh. I wonder how mad my kids would be if I threw out everything thats tempting to me. Any ideas?

Hi i am 3months out and have only lost 26 pounds b/c i use to eat and always start tomorrow so therefore i haven`t lost like the others. I have a ton of candy in my house as well but i choose not to eat it instead i eat a protien bar. candy comes and goes and will be here forever try to concentrate on your weight lost and what you need to do. hope that helps.

Tell your husband to put it somewhere safe. When the kids want a treat, they have to ask him. this will prevent them from gorging as well....
