I just jumped through my last hoop with the Bariatric Program. The next step is to contact the Highmark BCBS for approval. Is there anything I should or could do to monitor / move that process along from my end?

BCBS has exhausted me both mentally and emotionally with jumping through all theses hoops and than being denied. My doc had a peer to peer ... they still denied it. Both myself and my surgeon put in for a accelerated appeal , but my surgery is set for Monday May7th. I know they will deny it again AND even if they ok it it won’t be before that date. I’m on this damn liquid diet ( day 5 ) . Stressed to the max about all this. I dont know how much more I can fight these assholes !!!!!
