Weightlifting and lapband

Hello there, I was wondering if any one who has been banded has taken creatine, nitric oxide, or any other weightlifting/body building supplements? Do they upset the band? are they still effective?

and also has anyone been punched in the stomach with the band? any major problems?

Hi there,

I take GNC's Nitro Explosion before my workouts. It's a powder that you mix with 4-6 oz of Water and it's great. I asked my doctor about the ingredients and he took a look at them and said it was fine. The bonus is that it's only about 40 calories so he was pleased with that too!
