Liquid diet struggles

Oh boy this liquid diet has been a big struggle for me. I was given the sandwich diet which is a combo of two weeks on liquid and two weeks on low carb. I decided I would try the liquid diet just to see how I would do. I still have a month to go before I can qualify for surgery. Being hungry drives me so crazy!! Do you know how many day one's I've had on this liquid diet? I couldn't get through a whole day without having a little something solid to chew.

I am glad to say I may have found my rhythm! I am not getting starvation hungry like I was before, either that or my body is adjusting. I've finally got past day two with nothing solid in my mouth! I pray that I get through the rest of this 2 weeks without going crazy,

Its something my surgeon recommended and it seems to be working. I have had weight loss but not as fast as I thought it was going to be on this liquid diet. My surgeon is located in Washington state. I have a target date of May 23rd but its not confirmed as my surgery date just yet. How about you?
